Good News: San Francisco 49ers Officially Announced the Signing of the 29-year-old Star Player…

The San Francisco 49ers have officially bolstered their offensive line by signing tackle Brandon Parker to the active roster. This move comes as left tackle Trent Williams’s availability for next Monday night’s season opener against the Jets remains uncertain.

Parker’s addition provides the 49ers with much-needed depth on the offensive line. He fills the roster spot vacated by wide receiver Ricky Pearsall, who was placed on the non-football injury list.

Parker, who originally signed with the 49ers in March, stayed with the team through the final roster cuts last week, making him well-acquainted with the offense. His experience is a valuable asset, with 59 regular-season games under his belt, including five appearances with the Raiders last season.

In addition to Parker’s signing, the 49ers also made other roster adjustments, adding defensive lineman Sam Okuayinonu to the practice squad and releasing offensive lineman Sebastian Gutierrez. These moves further solidify the team as they prepare for the upcoming season.
