Wallace’s four-year deal is valued at $6.043 million, according to OverTheCap.com. Miguel Benzan of PatsCap estimates that the agreement includes a $1.215 million signing bonus and a cap number of $1.098 million for the 2024 season.
During his collegiate career, Wallace started 40 games at right tackle for Penn State. The 6-foot-5, 314-pound redshirt senior allowed just one sack last season over 670 offensive snaps, as recorded by Pro Football Focus. His performance earned him an All-Big Ten honorable mention and the Lion’s Pride Outstanding Senior Player Award. Wallace also garnered recognition as the Offensive Player of the Week after a victory over Iowa. He showcased his talents further at the East-West Shrine Bowl and the NFL Scouting Combine.

With Wallace’s signing, the Patriots now have six of their draft selections officially on the roster. Earlier in the week, quarterback Drake Maye signed his contract, followed by wide receiver Javon Baker. The team had previously secured cornerback Marcellas Dial, quarterback Joe Milton III, and tight end Jaheim Bell at the start of rookie minicamp.
As organized team activities continue in Foxborough, only wide receiver Ja’Lynn Polk and guard Layden Robinson remain unsigned.
