Raptors’ coach Darko Rajakovic sends painfully honest facts on what Mavericks’ Luka Doncic can improve…

Raptors coach Darko Rajakovic was candid in his evaluation of Luka Doncic’s performance after the Dallas Mavericks defeated the Toronto Raptors 136-125. Doncic, who was celebrating his 25th birthday, showcased his exceptional skills with 30 points, 16 assists, and 11 rebounds, marking his 11th triple-double of the season.

Despite the Raptors’ loss, Rajakovic acknowledged Doncic’s extraordinary abilities but also pointed out areas for improvement in his game. He stated, “Somebody asked me before that game what Luka can get better at. Nothing.” This comment reflects the high regard in which Doncic is held, as he continues to amaze fans with his unprecedented plays. Notably, Doncic became the first player in NBA history to record a 30-point triple-double on his birthday.

The Mavericks’ victory over the Raptors was a significant rebound after their previous defeat to the Cleveland Cavaliers. Mark Cuban, the owner of the Mavericks, expressed dissatisfaction with the NBA’s Last Two Minute report, particularly highlighting a shove by Jarrett Allen on Maxi Kleber. Despite the NBA’s ruling that the shove was incidental, the Mavericks and Doncic can take pride in their performance.

While Doncic may disagree with the notion that he has nothing left to improve in his game, there is no denying that he is currently playing at an MVP level.
