The Indiana Fever have unveiled plans for a state-of-the-art Sports Performance Center in downtown Indianapolis, marking a significant investment in the team’s future. The $78 million, three-story, 108,000-square-foot facility is designed to cater specifically to the needs of female athletes, aiming to provide the ultimate player experience.

Training Amenities: Two regulation-sized basketball courts, elite strength and conditioning equipment, and dedicated spaces for yoga and Pilates.

Recovery and Wellness: Facilities include massage rooms, infrared light therapy, saunas, steam rooms, heat studios, float tanks, and hydrotherapy pools to support player recovery and rehabilitation.

Lifestyle Support: A full-service kitchen, hair and nail salon, childcare space, and mental performance areas are incorporated to ensure a holistic approach to player well-being.

Media and Community Engagement: A podcast and content production studio, along with a team store and fan experience areas, will strengthen connections with supporters and enhance the team’s media presence.
Construction is slated to begin in August 2025, with completion expected before the 2027 WNBA season. The facility will be strategically located at the corner of Delaware and Maryland streets, adjacent to Gainbridge Fieldhouse, and connected via a skybridge to the Virginia Avenue Parking Garage.
