One of the Los Angeles Dodgers’ most reliable hitters, Teoscar Hernandez, has expressed a strong desire to return to the team for the 2025 season. After signing a one-year, $23.5 million contract in January, Hernandez had an outstanding season, hitting .272 with an .840 OPS, racking up 32 doubles, and blasting 33 home runs. His stellar performance also earned him a second career All-Star selection.
Hernandez’s year culminated in a World Series win, as the Dodgers captured the championship in Game 5 against the New York Yankees. Following the victory, Hernandez shared his eagerness to return in a postgame interview with ESPN Deportes, stating, “The Dodgers will be my priority in free agency. I will do whatever is possible to return. It’s not in my hands, but if it were, I’d pick them.”
