Breaking: Canadiens Officially Waived Two Experienced Fans Favorite Star After a Disheartening Incident…

The Montreal Canadiens have officially placed forwards Lucas Condotta and Brandon Gignac on waivers, much to the dismay of their fans. The moves, announced on Sunday, come as part of the team’s decision to loan both players to their AHL affiliate, the Laval Rocket.

Condotta, who appeared in two preseason games for Montreal during training camp, and Gignac, who played in one, will report to Laval as part of the Rocket’s training camp. Laval’s camp is set to begin on Tuesday, October 1, at Place Bell, with 27 players already confirmed to participate following the Canadiens’ recent roster adjustments.

The Canadiens’ training camp continues with 31 players still competing for spots on the main roster. Despite the disappointment surrounding the waivers, both Condotta and Gignac remain key assets for the Laval Rocket and will continue to develop their skills at the AHL level.
