The Chicago Blackhawks suffered a major blow as head coach Luke Richardson faces the challenge of losing two key defensemen. Meanwhile, the Calgary Flames were busy bolstering their blue line with two signings on Tuesday morning.
In quick succession, the Flames’ GM Craig Conroy inked deals with two defensemen, both seen as low-risk moves to add depth to their roster. First, they signed veteran defenseman Jarred Tinordi to a one-year, $800K contract.
