As the Florida State Seminoles gear up for the 2024-2025 football season, head coach Mike Norvell is keenly aware of the challenges his team faces. In a recent press conference, Norvell addressed three critical issues that could shape the Noles’ season: roster depth, offensive consistency, and the pressure of heightened expectations.
1. Roster Depth and Injuries
One of the primary concerns for Norvell is the depth of the roster, particularly in key positions. The Seminoles have made significant strides in recruiting, but injuries during the offseason have exposed potential vulnerabilities. “Our players are hungry, and they believe in what we’re building here,” Norvell said. “But with that belief comes the responsibility to stay focused and not get caught up in the hype. We have to take it one game at a time and stay true to our process.”
