5-star wide receiver Zayden Walker pledges to Georgia.
Zayden Walker, a five-star linebacker and a Top 25 prospect in the Class of 2025, announced his commitment to Georgia on Wednesday. Out of 29 offers, Walker—who is ranked as the second-best linebacker in the class by the 247Sports composite rankings—selected the Bulldogs over Florida State, Miami, Penn State, and South Carolina. Walker said, “It felt like home,” to On3 Sports.
“During the course of my formal tour, throughout the weekend, I decided to commit to Georgia. Although I had previously been on the verge of committing, that moment was ideal. I knew I wanted to go there because my family was there, therefore I made my choice.”
According to 247, the Ellaville native and exceptional prospect from Schley County High School is ranked fifth best in Georgia and 23rd in the class.
