Former Alabama linebacker Kendrick Blackshire has found a new team, reportedly transferring to the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA).
Blackshire, a four-star recruit from the 2021 class, spent three seasons with the Crimson Tide. During his tenure at Alabama, he primarily contributed on special teams, accumulating 25 total tackles, two tackles for loss, and one forced fumble.
After initially transferring to Texas earlier this year, Blackshire re-entered the transfer portal a few months later. He has now decided on UTSA as his new destination.
