“Unbelievable”: West Ham identify manager candidates as David Moyes at the end of the 2023–2024 season…

West Ham United might soon find themselves in need of a new manager as David Moyes’ departure looms at the end of the 2023–2024 season.

With Moyes yet to agree to a contract extension beyond the summer, the club has already begun scouting potential replacements, anticipating his imminent exit.

Moyes, who has had two spells with West Ham, first from 2017 to 2018 and then rejoining in 2019, has been at the helm ever since.

While no direct links have been made, there are several managers reportedly eyeing the position at West Ham. One such candidate is Graham Potter, formerly associated with Chelsea. Despite a challenging stint at Stamford Bridge, Potter’s managerial prowess remains intact, and West Ham’s offensive firepower could provide him with a promising opportunity to revitalize his career.

Another name in consideration is West Ham legend Mark Noble. Although lacking in managerial experience, Noble’s longstanding connection with the club could potentially earn him respect from the players, although it’s undoubtedly a risky move.

In a somewhat surprising turn, former Chelsea and Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has also been mentioned as a potential outsider. While the likelihood of Mourinho joining the Irons seems slim, his current availability could make the prospect intriguing for both parties.

Currently sitting in eighth place in the Premier League, West Ham is vying for a Europa League spot next season, contending against clubs like Newcastle United, Manchester United, and Chelsea. As they aim to secure their European aspirations, finding the right successor to Moyes becomes paramount for the club’s future success.
