Martí Cifuentes, the head coach of Queens Park Rangers, has expressed his disappointment following his team’s late concession, which led to dropping two points in their away fixture against Plymouth Argyle on Tuesday night.

However, the mood quickly turned sour as Albert Adomah, who entered the game shortly after Field’s goal, inadvertently became the culprit for QPR’s setback. A defensive mix-up saw goalkeeper Asmir Begovic struggle to deal with a cross from a corner, resulting in the ball deflecting off the 36-year-old Adomah and trickling into the net.

While the result secures a point on the road and elevates QPR to 16th place in the standings, both Cifuentes and his players will feel a sense of missed opportunity as they approach the final stretch of the season.
