After a disappointing 2023 season, the Bengals are looking to bounce back in 2024. Burrow emphasized the importance of the new players taking on leadership roles and filling the gaps left by departing players.

“We need the guys that we draft to come in and be productive and take on the leadership roles that we’ve lost the last couple of years,” Burrow shared recently (via Ben Baby of ESPN). “And we need to bring in the right pieces this offseason too, whether it’s the draft or free agency.
The Bengals are currently positioned at the 18th spot in the 2024 NFL Draft and have several other picks to bolster their roster. Burrow himself is recovering from a wrist injury but is expected to be cleared for full-contact activities by May, giving him ample time to prepare for the upcoming season.
