Williams will take a trio of official visits and then sign on his birthday in early February.
Earlier this month, Saraland (Ala.) wideout and longtime Alabama commit Ryan Williams decided to reclassify from the ’25 class into the class of ’24. He told us during check-in for the Under Armour Next All-America Game on Friday that he plans to sign in early February after taking a few official visits.
Williams is a tremendous talent who checks in as the No. 3 wideout and No. 10 player overall in the Top247. He was a top-five overall prospect in the ’25 class and remains a consensus five-star prospect after the reclassification.
Williams committed to Alabama in October 2022, and his pledge to the Tide still sounds very strong. He’s set to take an official visit to Bama on Jan. 20.
