Houston Texans HC breaks the silence as he confirms worrying updates on quarterback C.J. Stroud as he makes week 15 claims…

After the Houston Texans suffered a 30-6 defeat to the New York Jets, Head Coach DeMeco Ryans revealed on Monday that starting quarterback C.J. Stroud is now in concussion protocol. This development follows a fourth-quarter hit from Jets’ defensive tackle Quinnen Williams during the game.

Before his injury, Stroud had completed 10 of 23 pass attempts for 91 yards. In his absence, backup Davis Mills entered the game but had limited success, completing just one of his five pass attempts for four yards.

Throughout the initial 13 games of the season, Stroud boasted a 62.4 percent completion rate, accumulating 3,631 passing yards, 20 passing touchdowns, and five interceptions. Notably, he leads the NFL in passing yards and shares the ninth spot for passing touchdowns.

Looking ahead to their upcoming game against the Tennessee Titans, the Texans face uncertainty regarding Stroud’s availability. If he doesn’t clear the concussion protocol in time, Davis Mills is expected to take the starting role in the matchup.
