During the bye week, several Minnesota Vikings players opted for tropical getaways, including quarterback Kirk Cousins, who faces a unique challenge recovering from a torn Achilles sustained on Oct. 29 against the Green Bay Packers. Despite being unable to walk without crutches, Cousins showcased his resilient spirit by crawling into the ocean in a video shared on his Instagram account.

Cousins has a history of making the best out of challenging situations, attending team functions on a scooter just days after the injury and distributing Thanksgiving meals on crutches. While not reaching the extent of Aaron Rodgers, who returned to practice after an Achilles tear earlier in the season, fans humorously speculated about Cousins potentially making a comeback to aid the struggling Vikings offense.
