The Cincinnati Bengals have concerning news Monday for their best pass rusher following the team’s loss to the Houston Texans in Week 10. The Bengals need their pass rush to remain top-notch as the 5-4 Bengals make a push for the playoffs after a slow start to the regular season.
The Bengals came into to their game against the Texans, winners of four straight games. But rookie quarterback phenom C.J. Stroud willed the Texans to another win. The Bengals will try to bounce back against the Baltimore Ravens on Thursday night.

The short turnaround means the Bengals will likely be without defensive end Trey Hendrickson, who registered .5 sacks against the Texans. According to Ian Rapoport with the NFL Network, Hendrickson suffered a hyperextended knee in the loss Sunday. He will have an MRI to confirm the injury, but he is expected to miss some time.

Hendrickson has the most sacks for the Bengals this season, with 8.5 sacks. The Bengals’ two-time Pro Bowl defender is the main piece of a pass rush that is graded fifth in the league by Pro Football Focus.
