Hull City’s head coach, Liam Rosenior, has addressed the recent speculation surrounding the club’s potential January transfers, particularly in relation to Swansea City forward Liam Cullen. Despite earlier rumors linking Hull City to the Welsh international and a recent impressive performance where Cullen scored the winning goal for Swansea, Rosenior has denied any interest in the 24-year-old striker.
Cullen’s contract with Swansea is set to expire next summer, with the possibility of a 12-month extension, and discussions regarding a new deal have reportedly started. However, Rosenior clarified that Cullen is not a target for Hull City as they approach the upcoming transfer window, which is just over two months away.
Rosenior further explained that the club is in the process of identifying potential targets for January but has not yet discussed specific player names. As of now, Hull City is focusing on determining the positions they intend to strengthen during the upcoming transfer window, without mentioning any specific players in their considerations.
