Southampton has officially confirmed the acquisition of 16-year-old Thierry Rohart-Brown from Reading in a swap deal. In exchange, 18-year-old Dominic Ballard has joined Reading on loan, a player who has already scored three times for the Royals this season, including a brace in a 9-0 victory over Exeter City.
Rohart-Brown will join the Southampton Under-18s and continue his education. Southampton Academy Director Andy Goldie expressed excitement about welcoming Thierry and his family to the Academy.
